Mr. Sowder joined the ConnectRichmond staff in February of 2008. As student assistant his duties range from general Web site maintenance and assisting ConnectRichmond members to maintaining the flow of operations within the offices. Mr. Sowder is a full-time undergraduate student at Virginia Commonwealth University in the Urban Studies department. With a concentration in Planning, he intends to apply for a master's program in the same field upon graduating in May 2009.
