The objective of the Goldmine Research Project is to analyze and make meaningful the “goldmine” of organizational effectiveness data from 1300 capacity building projects in order to 1) enable the Foundation and the field to better evaluate OE grants and 2) disseminate lessons learned from the field—all in an engaging and transparent way.
